Set Decorator Cathy T. Marshall SDSA & Production Designer Judy Rhee, in conversation with Leslie E. Rollins SDSA, take us behind-the-scenes of several of the one-of-a-kind episodes, each a different murder mystery that Charlie Cale [Natasha Leone] stumbles upon as she flees across the country from a hired killer! With wit and aplomb based on her extra weapon, an ability to know if someone is telling the truth, she gets into some nail-biting situations but always eventually puts the lies & truths together and solves the mystery.

We've chosen a couple of favoirtie episodes to give you glimpses of...you'll see so much more in the video above...and of course, when you watch the show!

But first, a shoutout from Cathy and Judy to Set Decorator Elizabeth Eggerts who split episodes with Cathy, and to Set Decorator Dea Jensen SDSA who handled the Las Vegas exterior and the New Mexico scenes.

And an extra shoutout from Cathy to the SDSA Business members on whom she relied:

A favorite set, Cathy was so happy to be able to do this one, she’s quite familiar with boats like this and loves them! Image courtesy of Peacock. All rights reserved.

The famous IBM complex designed by I.M. Pei was the super-location for the story’s “LAM/Lights And Motion” gala, which included a wing for the exhibition for Arthur’s work. Phenomenal setting for phenomenal sets. Image courtesy of Peacock. All rights reserved.

Laura’s Mansion. You’ll have to watch the episode to know the connection here. But it is vividly portrayed. Check the video above for so many more splendid sets, including a Texas BBQ roadhouse and country radio station and the complete workings of a dinner theater. Cathy had the miles of carpeting used for the initial episode’s casino set painted with a burgundy dye, so it could be repurposed for the theater, such great recycling! Image courtesy of Peacock.
