The Set Decorators Society of America announces the opening of submissions for the SDSA Awards celebrating the Outstanding Achievements in the 2025 Film Season. (Projects released between January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025).

- SDSA SET DECORATOR MEMBER
The submission fee for an SDSA Member is waived for Film Awards 2025. However, there is a $25 processing fee per production submitted to cover administration costs.

$250 Submission Fee Per Production
$150 of the Non-SDSA Member submission fee of $250 can be applied towards the SDSA membership application fee on a one-time basis.

Late Submission Fees for Projects Submitted after December 13, 2025
STUDIO / PRODUCTION COMPANY: $400 per production Studios or Productions may submit up to 7 projects with this form. $400 Late Submission fee per project
SDSA Member: $50 processing fee
This is a processing fee to help pay for administration costs.
NON-SDSA MEMBER: $300 per production
$150 of the Non-SDSA Member late submission fee of $300 can be applied towards the SDSA membership application fee on a one-time basis.

Submissions for this season open today September 22, and close December 12, 2025.

The SDSA Film Awards and SDSA Television Awards recognize outstanding work on a wide range of productions in each medium.
