In a Few Words...

Which talent would you most like to have?
I wish I would have been born with the talent to sing. I really admire a person gifted with that talent. Some say that singing abilities are acquired. I believe people are born with that talent I don't even sound good in the shower.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?
My greatest achievement has been the ability to work consistently for 25 years in my home city of Los Angeles. My 25-year career, except for a short 1 month in El Paso, Teas for "DAY AFTER TOMORROW" and recently two pilots, has allowed me to stay home for work. I see so many of my fellow Set Decorators being forced into working out of town. I love my BusinessMembers, Vendors, and resources here in my home city.

Which word or phrase do you use the most?
The word or phrase that I use the most is "WOW". I am WoWed with what life has to give. I am WOWed with people places and things I encounter every day.

What do you look for on the Craft Services table?
I always look for corn nuts on the craft service table. I prefer the originals, not the ranch flavor. I love the pop they make when you bite into them. They are very nostalgic to me. As a young boy, my Grandfather had a neighborhood liquor store in the City of San Fernando. On my visits to the store, he would tell me to take an item from the candy rack and I would always take a bag of Corn Nuts. I always think of him when choosing a bag of them.

Please name a benefit of being an SDSA member.
I have been an active member of the SDSA for many years. It is an organization that I am very passionate about. I really love the camaraderie. It is such a great networking tool for our craft.
