1970’s American Embassy behind the Iron Curtain in Soviet Russia, turned out to be a Russian doll of design, with the American office inside of an old Russian building. Sourcing period accurate office furniture in multiplies proved difficult, so they had to be built...the apartments for the characters, whether American or Soviet, had to be curated with precise touches.
