Antonio Raimo grew up in an Italian household in White Plains, New York, filled with beautiful works of art. His love for books started as a young child reading aloud from Little Golden Books to his mother. He departed from his father's restaurant business to study librarianship in rare books. For 13 years he was the director of a university library. Raimo, a self-proclaimed anti-bureaucrat, set forth 36 years ago on his own as an antiquarian book dealer, exhibiting at major book fairs all over the world, selling a diversity of rare and unusual material, and becoming a member of the prestigious American Antiquarian Booksellers of America and International League of American Booksellers. In 1996 he moved to Atlanta to open a gallery of books, maps, antique prints and paintings. A framing service with exceptional speed and the largest selection of mouldings was inaugurated in 2005.

Complementing the artwork is the very extensive custom framing service with over 3300 moldings in stock and a turn around time of 24-hours or less.. Special finishes on moldings, restorations of frames, and mirror fabrication are all a part of framing services. For clients who cannot visit the Galleries we also offer long distance framing service with a turn around time of 48 hours.
